FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Delivery and Platter Return

We ask that all items including bowls, utensils, boards and other items are returned to us in the state they are provided to you within five days. Please discuss the best options for this when booking. Failure to return items will incur a fee unless prior arrangements have been made.


Whilst we completely understand accidents happen, if the situation arises that some of our goods including platters, bowls, vases or other decorations are misplaced or damaged there may be fees applied for the purchase of replacements. Please speak to us about this.


Delivery of platters is free within The Southern Highlands. A small fee may apply for other areas- just ask us when booking.



Bookings and Payment

Please provide as much notice as possible for bookings. All quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking. Quotations are valid for a maximum 10 day period.


A minimum 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 7 working days prior to the event date. If the booking is made with less than 7 working days prior to the event, the full balance is due upfront.


A cancellation fee (50% of the total order) will apply should you cancel your order within 5 days of your event date. Orders cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the event will not be refunded. Upon cancellation refunds are processed within 24hrs, please allow for 3 working days for funds to appear back into your account. Included in our costing is a small hire fee, payable for use of our bowls, cheese knives and boards. All pricing includes set up and pack down of your grazing table, travel fee may be added depending on location of event. Set up normally takes two hours - we will confirm this at booking.


Change to Orders
Our platter boxes are specifically made to your order. Adjustments and additional's may incur a small fee, to cover our costs in providing to you. We need a minimum of five days notice for any adjustments to large orders including grazing tables and three days for platters and small orders.



Allergies
We would love to cater for any guest who may have known allergies - we ask this be disclosed at time of booking so your order can be fully customised. We are able to provide alternatives for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. However, whilst we try our very hardest, we cannot guarantee to provide totally gluten free grazing tables, as once guests start to graze cross contamination can happen.


We are happy to remove any nuts, but cannot guarantee all products are ‘nut free’. We are happy to discuss with you about ordering a smaller platter as well to cater for guests with allergies.
